Crop tool setting

Discussion in 'Photoshop Tutorials' started by Martin ©¿©¬ , Apr 29, 2007.

  1. Hi
My crop tool won't select the area I want
It seems to have taken on a preset aspect setting that opens way
    behind my pointer.
Can anyone help me get my cropping tool back to normal please?

shft/cntl/alt immediately after clicking on the icon to open PS.
Yes for deleting the Adobe Photoshop File.
This set Photoshop back to the default settings.

Dave's suggestion is OK as a last resort but first try selecting the Crop
tool and making sure that Style is set to 'Normal' and not to 'Fixed Aspect
    Ratio'.
