    Hi,

I just got my D70 for few weeks. Had great time with it.
Now it happens, a bit sooner than I expected, dust
on the low-pass filter!. Does anyone know whether
nikon australia take CCD cleaning as part of the guarantee ?

    Thanks in advance.

IIRC .. your first cleaning is part of w'ty .. the rest .. its out from your
    pocket :)

if you are in NSW, drop in to Poraday over in Bondi Rd .. their turn around
time is very fast [ less than 24 hours ]

That's sad. I heard that canon and nikon (at least in US) would do it for
free, in or out of guarantee. If this is true, why Australia is so
    different.
    That's pretty good. Thanks.
Thanks Bob for the info. Where do they put up all these information ?
I have been searching around maxwell and nikon.com.au but can't find
    anything related.

I meant the info about one time free for filter cleaning.
Do they have that anywhere in writing ?
    Thanks again, Bob
