I have some pal video where the original movie frames A B C D have
been stored as frames with fields:

AB BC CD DE etc which looks ugly and interlaced

Is it possible, preferably using virtualdub and/or avisynth, to delete
or duplicate field A and shift the other fields so I end up with AA BB
    CC DD etc ?
