I go for about 5 1/2 minutes, 25:1 dilution. My favorite developer,
after Kodak HC-110 (dilution B). Agitation as per instructions on the
sheet. Every 30 seconds or so.

I strongly favor "one shot" developing, and Rodinol and HC-110 are
ideally suited for that. I'm also developing negatives in my bathroom
at my summer place on the Delaware shore, so space is at a premium. I
wait until I'm back home to do the prints, but if I could find a nice
    compact 35mm enlarger, I might re-think that.

I've seen good results from Rodinal but prefer Tmax as a developer. I use
it at 75 degrees diluted 1:9. I use it one shot and mix it as I need it.
