I've just ordered some Hoya 77mm hmc from quality cameras in Burwood, if
you're quick they can add the pro to the order, but personally I think the
HIM are good enough around $50

How can you have a professional "useless" filter.

I think it is Hoyas very thin, multi coated type. The thing for wide angles.

1A 1B and UV are the same price group. Ill get firm prices if you require?

I choose 1B filters as I shoot colour and they are slightly warmer than
UV and suit me fine. I can see little difference in UV v's 1B - I can
only tell when I shoot in a rainforest situation.

The other filters which I had surplus are 72mm 1A, G(orange) and
25A(red) thought they may have been 77mm.

  12. Um, Skylight 1B is not exactly UV(0). Anyway, could you disclose your
    source
(in private email is fine)? I'm also after 77mm S-HMC Ultrathin CIR-PL.

  13. Miro,

While I do appreciate your comment, I wasn't really after an opinion
regarding my choice of filter. All I was looking for was somebody who would
sell me what I was after for a reasonable price locally.

  14. Thank you for the information, I appreciate that. Are you able to source
77mm Pro-1 CIR-PLs as well? If you can, could you please send me a private
email (please send it from a reachable return email address, because I'm
not having much luck with reaching wiz (@) yahoo.com (it bounces)).

    Thank you muchly,
