DS-ZS80 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problems

    I'm trying to setup my DS-ZS-80 to operate with the Lumix Image App installed in my phone and whenever I try to turn on either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth in the camera, I get a "Please turn camera off and then on again" message. I turn the camera off & on, retry either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and get the same error repeatedly. Any suggestions on how to get past this message? (I have version 1.1 firmware installed, which is the latest version.) TIA
