  1. I have just posted my review of DxO Optics Pro 4.1, expanded from a
magazine article earlier in the year, which includes examples of
processing a KM Dynax 5D image to look like an Canon EOS 1Ds MkII image
and a Nikon D2X image - 'Camera Looks' as well as 'Film Looks' being
    Optics Pro options:

  2. I've been playing with DxO the past week or so and I'm about to purchase
it -- very impressed. It does wonders for my Canon 17-85IS.

It'll remove distortion, some focus issues, and chromatic aberration,
    or at least improve them.
But, it won't fix coma, astigmatism, and spherical aberration, all
problems that afflict WA lenses from some makers.
I don't know if it's CA fix is linear or if it can compensate for
varying degrees of CA across a field.
