Extension tubes for Nikon

Discussion in 'Nikon' started by Joseph Farnsworth, Aug 10, 2003.

  1. What brand of extension tubes are used out there for close-ups and how good
are they? Are there any I should steer away from or are all of the good?

Nikon's own are good, as are the Kinko tubes.

Kenko has a 25mm that sells by itself, and a 12mm, 20mm, 36mm three ring
    set.

Nikon has a couple, one of which has a tripod socket, but they do not pass
    on AF information.

I use the Kenkos and have no complaints.
