I tired to post comments on the last shoot-in but nothing shows up.
Maybe my comments are unwelcome? ;-)

How long ago did you post, and in what newsgroup? You might need to
give it more time; the newsgroups appear to be a little slow updating

Interesting. I had a comment posted earlier today disappear, as
well. Several I posted later do show up.

I'll give it until later today, and then repost if necessary.

Well, your current posts made it to this time. So
either add your comments to this thread, piggy-back on one of the
existing cross-posted [SI] Comments threads, or repost your comments to
the appropriate groups, and don't forget to start your subject line
with [SI] something such as [SI] Max Comments.

Don't be discouraged, the more comments and different interpretations
of the various images can only add to the the dialog, and are more than

Well, my lost post finally showed up. I don't see yours, though.
Give it a little more time.

But maybe you clicked "Reply to author" rather than "Reply" (or the
equivalent in whatever news agent you are using). In that case, if it
was one of those long shot-by-shot critiques that took a long time to
write up and you don't have a backed-up copy of it... Bummer!

Maybe it is in your email outbox.

    Not in e-mail outbox.

    I'm using Thunderbird.

Nothing at all in from "Max" since July 7.

Assuming your comments are still in your "sent" or perhaps "drafts"
folder in your news client, just re-post them.

Perhaps you just needed some sleep. ;-)

    Seriously, follow the Duck's advise.
