fill flash with Nikon FE2 and Metz 45-ct4

    All,

    I have an FE2 with Metz 45-CT4 with SCA343 module. Is it possible to
    do fill-in flash in TTL. I want -1 or -2 fill in. There is no
    control on the camera specifically for limiting flash output for TTL.

    Can one adjust the exposure componsation by -2 and increase the film
    speed by 2 stops to get -2 fill in? What controls the amount of light
    the flash puts out...the ASA setting or the exp componsation or both?

    Although I have never tried this, I think it is the way to go: with your
    flash off or disconnected, meter your scene as usual. Note the exposure and
    set your camera and lens to this setting in the manual exposure mode. Then,
    turn on your flash, set the exposure compensation dial to the desired
    under-exposure. This should turn the flash off sooner, resulting in the
    fill-flash that you aiming for. Hope this helps. If I am wrong, please let
