French photographer of skyscrapers under construction 1930's

    I found this guy on the Net some years ago but lost his name.
    B&W photos of daring poses uptop.
    They all looked very arty rather than a series of historic records.

    Grateful if someone can remind me of the name.

    I am not so sure about French skyscraper construction photography in
    the 1930's. There were quite a few American photographers who worked
    the Manhattan construction sites.

    These are Lewis Hine images from the '30s.
