I checked out the new dpreview reviews of Fuji's new cameras. I have to say
    I'm disappointed.

S5000: Look at the photographic tests. Very poor. I looks like the wide
range 10x zoom is asking a lot and falls short.

F700: Much better resolution than the S5000, but it has a much shorter zoom
range. The disappointment here was the Super HR sensor that is supposed to
deal better with highlights. While there was a slight improvement, It was
not realized when comparing with another camera. This camera is rather
costly, yet there is no useful dynamic range gained given the cost of the HR
sensor. Also, the sharpening algorithms leave much to be desired.

I have nothing against Fuji. I have a 6800, and it delivers a better image
    than these two new cameras.

C'mon Fuji redeem yourself in the S7000.
