Fuji Neopan 1600 discontinued?

Last night I went into Adorama and asked for a few rolls of Fuji
Neopan 1600. Discontinued, they said, and we don't have any more. "But
I bought some here just a few days ago!" Sorry, discontinued, all gone.

Anybody else heard anything about this? Fuji's site for it suggests
nothing of the sort.

First the Oldsmobile, then the Pontiac, and now this. And Republican
Know-Nothings will be swarming into Washington in January. Alackaday.

You're preaching to the choir. I'm a registered Republican and have been one
since 1958, when I became old enough to vote (21 in those days). But I'm an
Eisenhower/Goldwater/Reagan/Powell Republican, not a Teaparty extremist. In my
world, Barack Obama, a centerist by any reasonable definition, would have been
a Republican.

I remain a Republican, because it's the party that has changed, not I. Why
should I be the one who has to leave?
