I want to run a test with Neopan 1600 dev. in Super Prodol but I can't find
the mixing instructions for the powder - correction: they're mentioned on
the package, albeit in Japanese and my Japanese just isn't good enough :))

At www.fujifilm.com there doesn't seem to be any info about it, a Google
couldn't help me either, so you are my last hope...

  2. I don't have specific instructions either but a suggestion
if no one comes up with the real thing. One suggestion is to
e-mail Fuji, they do seem to have a place for doing that on
their web site. The other is that most packaged developers
are mixed pretty much the same way. Most are mixed in water
at about 75% of the final volume. If the powder comes in two
parts the small package is almost always mixed first.
Temperature varies but mostly water of around 52C is called
for. Don't use hotter watter. 52C allows some error, much
hotter can begin to decompose some of the ingredients.
Fuji does not seem to have any information on its packaged
developers anywhere on its web site. I've run into this
before with Fuji and other Japanese companies where the web
sites are full of beautiful graphics but lead you all around
Robin Hood's barn with no actual information anywere.
Another suggestion is to use someone else's developer, the
Fuji data sheets give times for many non-Fuji developers.
