  1. I often find my pictures are out of focus. Love the FUJI but I am not sure I
    am using it correctly.

    Anyone have any tips.

    Are you using the autofocus mode. If turned on you simply push the button
    halfway down and the camera will auto focus on your subject. Then push the
    button again all the way to snap the photo.

    I have the Fujifilm Finepix S602Zoom and this can take perfectly focussed
    photos - but can sometimes seem more out of focus when you zoom in. Also
    make sure the small hand isn't on screen - this is a warning for camera
    shake (at low shutter speeds) a slight movement could make you think that
    the photo is out of focus.

    You may be too shaky, even for shutter speeds that should be adequate for a
    sharp photo, or your subjects are not easy to focus on. Try using a smaller
    aperture (Aperture priority mode) - bigger F number - to get greater depth of
    field and have more chance of your subject being in focus.

    Get a tripod and see if it makes any difference.

    Is the lense clean?
