    Hi,

I use a compact flash to SD convertor in my Fuju S9600. It works well
with my current 2Gb SD cards. However I would like to use 4Gb SDHC
cards but before I purchase them I wondered if anyone else had tried
this configuration and if there were compatability issues? My gut
feeling is that it should work since the camera is OK with 8Gb Compact
    Flash.

    Many thanks.

As compact flash will write quicker then SDHC I would see no reason to use
Them Get a 133x CF card and indecently The 9600 cant use the faster sd cards
    according to Fuji.

The simple answer is "no", although some may work I suppose.
The converter isn't a dumb device, it has to understand the
SD format just like a SD card reader. It's unlikely that the
established converters will work with SDHC - for exactly
same reason old card readers don't.

Your suggestion is well noted. I will use CF cards.

    Thanks

OK, I was trying to keep to one card format only but I guess CF is the
    way forward with this camera.

    Thanks.
