  1. We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Willy Eckerslyke
Gunn's are great, I agree. They're now just about the only
photo-chemicals store left in Ireland and surprisingly their prices are
on a par with mailorder from the UK - unlike most businesses here.
I sincerely hope they don't go under, like many of the others as film
dropped off, but it seems the remaining film enthusiasts in Ireland are
giving them a good deal of support.

Btw, the Jobo drums are working well :)
Damn you, it led on to me buying more Jobo kit - ouch.

  2. Thankfully, that's not my field.
Read this group for a bit longer and you'll realise that there's a much
wider range of expertise among the readers than you'd ever imagine.
My own qualifications are in Scientific & Technical Photography, which
is a world away from your own specialism or that of many other
    contributors here.
I wouldn't even know where to begin. But give me a stack of electron
micrographs, or commission me for an aerial archaeological survey of
your county and I'm yer man.

    I'm blue/yellow colour blind.

I have no idea why they call it that, because the symptom is an
inability top distinguish between blue and *GREEN*!

Perhaps that's why I like Kodachrome so much. ;-)
