you seem to be among the few who have trouble understanding what i
    write.

however, if you do have difficulty in understanding what i write, try
asking questions rather than going off about what i say or do.
    that is correct.
i did. that's what 'one brand' means. one brand.

it's not shared by two or more brands, as other gm cars are, thus 'one
    brand.'

    very simple, really.
    i didn't redefine anything.

you are blaming me for your inability to understand english.
the volt and the impala are two different models.

you really don't get it, do you?
it's everyone other than you and one or two others.

maybe you'll understand *almost* everyone, given that you have so much
    difficulty with basic concepts.

The car ended up on its roof and I was hanging upside-down by my
seatbelt. My right hand got badly torn up when the airbag blew my hands
off the steering wheel, that hand went through the smashed moonroof and
was dragged along the road surface.
I also got a massive seatbelt burn across my left shoulder and chest.

I understand that many models share mechanical and design elements
    cross-brand. It's not limited to within-the-brand vehicles.

What I object to is saying that all the vehicles in the brand are the
    same vehicle.

Of course not! You used capital letters.

where in hell did you get that idea?

nothing even close to that was said.

I was wrong to say it that way. I should have said you implied that
all vehicles in the brand are the same.

Pulling out your meaning from they way you write is not easy.

    still wrong.
only for you. others don't have trouble.

Yet, others are constantly posting things that you say "twist" your
words. Of the people who respond to your posts, more have trouble
understanding what you say you mean than don't.

You should check the commanding presence nospam has in the Mac NGs, and
the level of respect and understanding he gets there.

nope. it's mainly you, eric and peter who have trouble.

    j. clarke knew exactly what i meant (and what he wrote is still
quoted). it's not that complex. in fact, it's very obvious, but i guess
i overestimated the intelligence of some people.

I have no intention of checking the Mac NGs anymore than nospam has
any intention of checking the English usage newsgroups to see how I'm
    received.

What bothers me about nospam in *this* newsgroup is that 99% percent
of his posts are objections and arguments to what others post. If you
read a nospam post, he's generally embroiled in an argument with
someone. While he mewls about others "argue just to argue", that
describes him more than anyone else here.

Also, nospam never seems to originate a topic that is helpful or
interesting. He doesn't seem to be here because he has any interest
    in photography.

Other than responses to nospam and Sandman, my posts are not generally
argumentative, and many of my post do deal with photography and link
    to photographs.

I had no trouble once you explained you really meant Photoshop
    Elements and not just Photoshop.

All this started when I took you to task for not saying what you
(really) meant in the first place.

    Example of lying and weasling:

On 2/14/2014 10:26 AM, nospam wrote:> In article
    <snip>

"no, which is the whole point i'm making.

photoshop is a group of apps, not one specific app."

You are a sick, lying piece of shit.

You better hope I never find out who you are.
