The Nikon USA website is relly cute.... you click the N75 link and end
up in a learning centre that tells you nothing about the N75.

    www.nikon.com ---> nikonusa.

If I were a sales executive at Nikon I would have a very bloody axe
right now. Heads would not be rolling, they would be flying.

I thought Minolta had lost it .... Nikon have blasted it away...

Can't they have a very simple link: "PRODUCTS"

    Cheers,
    Alan,

    Worked for me...

www.nikonusa.com, clicked "Photography", clicked "SLR Film Cameras",
clicked on the green box with the N75 in it. There I was, on a page
    full of N75 information.

It took me to a page http://www.nikonslr.com/home.jsp where there is a
big road sign. Nothing directly related to selecting SLR's on that
page. If you hit the "Familiy, Friends & Fun" 'signpost' it takes you
to the 'lower' range of Nikon cameras. It would appear that the route
you got and the route I got are different.

They have fragmented their site into silliness.

    Cheers,
    Alan

..... Again, speaking from a marketing point of view, the whole new site
stinks to high heaven. As soon as customers have to play with their
browsers to make the site work ... you've blown it.

Giving the site the "what kind of photogrpahy do you want to do"
functionality slows it down. Customers are not as dumb as the Nikon
website seems to want them to be. sigh.

    Cheers,
    Alan.

  7. I agree with you on the Minolta site. Some time ago I posted a feedback the essentially said 'your
site sucks'. However, the Minolta UK site is easy to navigate as opposed to the US site.

What's your point? It's a link to the N75 product page.

That an N75 with some ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream with a cherry on
top would make a great banan split/Hot fudge Sundae? ;-)
