    I have a 32CT3 with a SCA350 for Leica R4. Want to try a SCA351 for
Leica R5 (TTL). The small black lever on the back of the SCA adapter
seems stuck - can anyone tell me if it goes up or down to get the
adapter off, or generally how do I proceed? Does the adapter slide out
    backwards, downwards or what?

    thanks, Andy

Call Bogen and ask for technical help. In USA 201-818-9500. Or fax to
800-929-3745. I'm sure they can help you get it out.

You lift the wedge-shaped lever up and slide the lid with the cable off
    frontwise.

wasn't it one of the 32GN Metz flashes that you had also
to twist the flash head 90 degrees to get it to release an
    internal adaptor latch?

Not that I'm aware of. My Metz flash is a 45CL-4, good and powerful
flash, but not compatible with my Canon 300D, unfortunately. It doesn't
    know about E-TTL and pre-flash {:-(

BRILLIANT!!! - that did it - you have to turn it 90 degrees to
    release it. Thanks so much!!
