    Hummingbird wings are so fast it's next to impossible to get shots
    where they're *not* blurred to some extent - even with strobes it's hard to
    get a clear shot. And then there's the focal plane shutter issue, which
    means it can make sense to use slow film and a slower shutter speed,
    believe it or not, and provide all of the light from the strobe.

    Good luck with it! I never got anything decent when they were
    visiting my feeder, a few years back.
