How do I isolate all clips, titles & audio files used in a timeline?

    I'm using Premiere Pro 1.5.

I have a large project with 100+ clips and audio files that were
imported for evaluation in building the project. They are scattered
among several folders (sub-directories) on the D: drive. I used about
half of them in the final version. I'd like to isolate the actual
clips used in the project and put them in a separate folder on the hard
disk, so I can archive them onto other media without the extraneous
clips. Is there a way in Premiere I can identify all the clips that
were used in a given timeline for this purpose?

Ideally, I'd like a command that will move all utilized clips to a
    selected sub-directory.

    Thanks.
