How to save lzw tiff file

    im getting some photos published and they wanted
    high resolution cmyk in LZW compressed files...

    im using PC right now and all of my files are already photoshopped and saved as TIFF..
    how do i save these as LZW compressed tiff.
    when i click save as it only shows TIFF on dropdown menu i dont really know where to go to compress it as LZW

    HELP~!!!!
