    Hi all,
I have an image file with two colors, I would like to separate two colors in
diff. layers, I mean one color for each layer.

    anybody knows how?

Dupe the layers, then use Select>Color Range to select and delete the
unwanted portion of each layer. Touch up as necessary with the eraser or
    paint brush.

It's more common problem to want to separate two colors into separate
channels as preparation for printing via a spot color. I wonder if this is
    what you really want.

  3. Select > Color Range (or just use the wand), and then Layer > New >
via cut. If they're flat clean colors, or can be clearly
    distinguished at least. Otherwise...I dunno.
