    Hello,
I have this one video on my computer that contains multiple scenes. I
would like to be able to split the scenes out so I can use the
storyboard, what is the best way to do this?
    Thanks,
    Bob

  2. You can use an external program/filter which will split the file
into scenes, even into a storyboard. The only other way is the
old-fashioned way -- watch the video and set markers or splits where
    you want them.

On the timeline you can use the Razor tool or Razor at Edit Line from the
    clips menu.

A free program called Scenalyzer will do it if the video is (or can be
    converted to) DV format.
