Please can someone help me, I shoot 99% of my pics in raw on a D80, i
am trying to keep my exif data for when i upload to flickr, so people
can see the details, camera, exposure, etc etc!

I am using photoshop CS, and i have it working on CS2 but its only a
trial version. ive tried everything and i just cant work it out!

Are you "Saving for Web"? That will strip the EXIF data.

There is an option checkbox for that somewhere... keep looking ;-)
However I've noticed that the ISO setting tends to get trashed anyways
so you might consider using a free utlility like exiftool to copy over
    the info.
