    Hi,

    I have many VCDs, mostly concerts, that have VCD menu, which I can
    choose to play whatever song I want on in the VCD. However, there's
    only 1 single mpeg files in the VCD. So I'm just wondering if there's
    any way I can get these "bookmark" info for each "segment" of mpegs in
    the VCD? If there isn't any program that can do it right, is there any
    way I can write a program to extract the time info (like the start time
    and the end time) of each segment? Thanks

    Try GNU VCDImager - or rather, the command-line VCD ripping tool that
    comes with the suite ("vcdxdrip"):

    See <http://www.vcdimager.org/> and the following manual pages:
    <http://www.vcdimager.org/pub/vcdimager/manuals/0.7/vcdxrip.html#SEC1>
    <http://www.vcdimager.org/pub/vcdimager/manuals/0.7/vcd-info.html>

    (Section 4.2., the discussion about "entry points", etc.)
