  2. I dunno: Are you good enough to write, light, and direct one?

    Cameras do NOT make the product. I wish more new "film makers" would
    get over the camera fetish and realize the movie is in the script,
    staging, and performance, that buying a camera doesn't make you a film
    maker any more than buying a formula one car makes my last name
    Franchitti.

  3. What is YOUR definition of "indie"?
    What is your level of experience?
    What is your budget?
    What are your expectations?
    Is this for an "indie" competition"
    If so, what kind of equipment is the competiton using?

    Just offhand, seems like kinda of a "lowball" choice.
