Is there a sub $200 digital with good close-up focus?

Is there any $200 or less digital camera that is particularly good at
focusing sharply on objects a few inches from the lens? Or do they all
have about the same close-range focus capability (or lack thereof) in
    that price range?

Do you mean *still* camera?? or *video* camera??

My Sony Digital 8 camcorder will focus on the dust specks on the UV filter I
have attached to the lens on occasion (when there is nothing else to focus
on) .. can't get any closer than THAT!

If you mean still camera.. why are you asking that question here? .. but a
Sony Mavica will do just that .. for that amount of money .. just don't
    expect 5 meg images.

Actually my post here was in error. Sorry. I've posted the question to
rec.photo.digital and yes, it's regarding still cameras.
