    Hi Rick

Yikes, sorry you did not get a response. That sure is not the Kodak way. I
checked our systems and did not find your email address? You likely used
another. Regardless, I suggest you call the following phone number - our
online experts can help get your dock in for review and service. If you
only need the address I can provide as well. Let me know.

    800 235-6325

Good luck, if you have questions let me know and I will follow through with
    you.

On Stardate 5/5/2004 5:43 PM, the following keys were mysteriously typed
    at Ron Hunter's keyboard...
Usually, the camera flashes for a few minutes after transfer to indicate
that the USB connection is still active -- which means that your
computer can see the camera as another disk drive. You say there is no
need for the camera to remain on -- for you perhaps this is true, for
others it is not true. Anyway, I know of no way to stop this flashing
other than removing the camera from the dock.
