    Greetings all,
    I'm using:

    Dell PC
    PIII @ 350mhz
    Win98
    128mb RAM

Can I install this CD from Kodak?

Currently I have EasyShare 2.1 and I received this CD today so that I can
use both my LS420 Docking Station and a Card Reader.

    Thank you for your help.

Have you checked the minimum system requirements?
For easy share 4.0.2 It is windows 98 or 98 SE ME 2000 SP1 or XP 233 MHz
processor or greater, 64 MB RAM.As long as it works with your computer OK
    then

recommended to do so;a P III might be fine for printing invoices and that
kind of job, and there's always the chance of the hard drive failing and
    things like that.

Sorry, pressed the send button before completely typing the message.

    Hi Tnom,

Sorry to hear you had some trouble with your installation in the past.

Glad to help you out and review the experience. Actually, the program is
quite established with more than 30 million installations. Most people
are enjoying and I am glad to help you do the same. Let me know what
happened. If you have the same system, let me know the details or if you
are on a new system, you might want to try again. EasyShare is a living
program and is being changed on a regular basis several times a year.

    Talk to you soon, Tnom,

    Hi Ron,

You are quite right. I agree with all your thoughts and will add one
more. Sometimes the user is not aware of all the features and how to use
them. So, they make decisions on a product or a program (not just Kodak)
because they did not understand what they had. I also believe it is the
job of the creator to help people do just that - know and be understand.
If I knew how to use every feature of my MS Office suite I would get my
work done in half the time. :) That is why I advocate reading the
features and benefits that are usually available online as well as
considering all the options and how they might apply to my way of use.

    Talk to you later.
