Kodak picture center download option

Discussion in 'Kodak' started by richardsfault, Apr 28, 2004.

  1. I just had some 35mm rolls processed through Target choosing the
digital image download option vs. Photo CD.

The quality of the scans was very good and dust free, but I was
disappointed by the maximum image size of around 800 x 600.

I was lead to believe by a call to the 800 help number that the
    maximum size is around 1500 x 1200.

    Am I missing something?

Am I better off taking the Photo CD option?

Some of the results will be available later today in my 4/26 blog
    entry:

When you go to a place like Target, you pretty much get it "their way". No
substitutions. The place I go to is a 1-Hour, one guy operation, who'll do
the roll or one shot. at any res you want. 0.50 a shot, CD or floppy, B/W or
color. These guys are hard to find but well worth the search.
