Kodak SLRN Exif data issue with JPEGs

Discussion in 'Kodak' started by Jim Hutchison, Jun 10, 2005.

  1. I've a buddy who can't get Kodak to support an issue with his SLRN, in
    that when the image is converted to JPEG in-camera, the EXIF data gets
    mangled... There's certain information in the header that gets
    mis-placed. He shoots too many pics in one day to transfer raw files;
    it's too time-consuming.

    Anyone run across this? Is there a *good* EXIF reader that allows
    full access to all the data?

    I'm not a digital shooter myself, so I hope I've explained this
    adequately...

    Thanks in advance.

    Tell him to shoot jpeg format then he won't have the issue.

  3. Thanks - I'll let him know, and let *you* know if that's his
    solution... Thanks for the quick response.
