Kood filters

    Not if your a pro, fine for occasional amateur use/experimentation.

    You generally get what you pay for is the usual platitude ... it is more
    often right than wrong...

    I looked at their website ... it appears to be all "rubber" hoods, which
    are comapct and convenient, but offer no protection against bumps like a
    rigid metal or plastic hood does.

    If it's cheap, avoid it.
    O well, based on this advice - nobody buy the Nikon 50mm F1.8D, it's cheap
    therefore automatically must be avoided !
