Ok groupies, here's an oldie from the pre-digital archives.
Taken in Hawaii in 1998 with the old manual Minolta SRT-101 & Kodak RG
    400.

This is hole #12 at Manele Bay, the very spot where Bill Gates got
married. I almost aced the hole the first time I played it (just missed
    by 2 shots).

This is a very nice picture. I still have my old SRT-101 that I
occasionally use once in a while. How many people still use these old
    manual film SLRs?

    I only own manual film cameras. 2 Canon F-1s (ver. 1 & 2), a Canon A-1, a
Rollei 6008I, and a Calumet 540 View Camera. No autofocus for this guy!

I'm still using my Pentax KX (not as much as I'd like to). I did manage to
scam several rolls of Kodachrome over the holidays and am looking forward to
finding creative ways to use it.

I am a regular user of a Minolta X-700 and an occasional user of an
SRT-101. I have absolutely no need nor desire to purchase another 35mm
camera. That being said, I am still spending my money on film-based
    cameras (4x5).

I have a black SRT-101 with 3 prime lenses that I like to use. I find the
needle metering slow and frustrating so I carry an incident meter but the
    camera works perfectly.

how so? I think it works fine! Most exposures are spot-on! Not bad for
1960s technology. The SRT has the first "matrix" exposure system with a
    whopping 2 zones!

The meter works fine, I just find it quicker and easier to take one incident
reading and work from there instead of trying to adjust the shutter speed
and aperture while the camera is up to my eye. Maybe automation has made me
    lazy.
