Is it possible to create a "land of the giants" effect (e.g. "honey i
shrunk the kids") with desktop video editing software?

If so, can someone point me to a relevant article or link.

    Thanks
    Rafi

  4. This clip only took me a couple of minutes to put together for you. Both
people were shot on green screen. I even placed the girl's shadow on the
desktop for added realism. Again, it was done in a few steps with Serious
Magic Ultra 2 which sells for $499USD.

    ..and.. good to go..

The guy in the foreground is almost as entertaining!

Does serious magic have a matte shrink plugin?

Can ya do another one with the girl in the foreground.. She's a lot pertyer!

  6. Like I said, I did it in a couple of minutes. Meaning, not really paying
much attention to details such as the spill, etc.

  8. Nappy, I took no offense. Ultra 2 allows you to scale the green screen
input. You can also skew it in all directions if you need to. It's really a
pretty powerful program for the money. Download the trial version - the
pretty girls clips come with it.

Oh and, the "almost as entertaining guy in the foreground" is me, just
before someone came up to fix that tuft of hanging hair and slap some
make-up on me. Since it was at the beginning of the tape I figured, "What
the hell. It's just for demo anyway!" Yea, I know. I'm an old fart.
