Legally Embedable but pro or semi-pro videos?

    Hi,

I'm just looking for sites/creators that encourage the embeding of
their regular videos on other people's sites?

I'm trying to stay away from posting legally ambiguous stuff like the
tv clips many people post on YouTube. The Google purchase of YouTube
and the recent case where YouTube turned one of their members in for
uploading copyrighted material has me very annoyed. As a publisher, I
just want to embed good videos on my site without having to worry about
    prosecution...

I know of a few sources myself...current tv and wallstrip but I'd like
    to know about more...

Does anyone know of a list of good sources of quality videos whose
creators actually OWN, and don't place embeding restrictions, on their
    videos? Thank you.

I think that the way you avoid the possibility of prosecution, is to do
what YouTube did. People who post things should be willing to guarentee
that they have the rights and if the owner of the site finds out
otherwise he certainly demonstrates acting in good faith by reporting
the violation. I don't know if that relieves the site owner from
liability, but acting responsibly should count for somthing.
