Lens repair service recommendation needed

I have two Topcor RE, Auto lenses for my Topcon SuperD 35mm
SLR in need professional help. Perhaps someone on this list
can recommend a reliable lens cleaning/repair service. The
optics are clean and the hardware like new, but there appears
to be an oily film preventing the iris from stopping down fast
enough. It's not water, so must be lubricant that migrated from
elsewhere inside the lens. The lenses in need of service are
the 1:1.4 f=58mm and 1:1.8 f=58mm. Thank you for reading
