location release forms

    hello

    I'm shooting a doc and need to draw up some location release forms.
    Does anyone know where I can get hold of a template or similar?

    Try www.videouniversity.com/location.htm. Google is a wonderful thing.
    However, I have used many forms from this site before, modifying them as
    necessary.
