    Hello.
I'm looking for an open source implementation of MDC(Multiple
Description Codec) or Layered Codec. I searched through Google and
several university web pages, but I couldn't find one.

Can any one help? I'll appreciate it so much :)

  2. You would likely do better asking this question in a
    programming-related newsgroup.

    Thanks for your help.
I tried to find other groups, and I searched groups with keywords like
"codec". But I couldn't find a better one. With keywords like
"multiple" or "layered", I couldn't find an appropriate group.

Could you recommend me one? I'll appreciate your help. :)

Search Google groups for "the march hare" He (I'm making an
assumption there, eh?) will happily tell you when you've posted
a programming question in an end user group but will lead you to
the right group, where most likely he'll be the first to answer
your question. Reminiscent of the exiting East Berlin scene in
"Gotcha!" "You need a visa! Step to the next window!" at the
next window, where the same person appears, "Yes? What do you
    want?" ;-0)
