Looking for good duty free camera seller for digital SLR

  1. Well, as said, what can people recommend when it comes to shops that have
webpages and deal in duty free? Particularly looking for Canon 300D or Fuji
    s5000.

You no longer need to shop duty free. Just find the best deal you can and
claim your GST back via the Tourist Refund Scheme.

By using TRS instead of duty free you also get chance to use the equipment
for up to, I think, 30 days before you leave 'Stralia. Much better than
arriving at your holiday destination and trying to work out how to use your
    new toy.

Any city based store will be more expensive than the best deal going around
town. The S5000 is around 1/2 the price of 300D .... so you really need to
    decide.

Miro, you replied to my post left "Ken Chandler" <news(at)kenchandler_com>

To Graham and Beth Harden, checkout any of the following:

Just make sure that you get a Tax Invoice and collect your GST back at the
airport on the TRS. There is no duty on camera equipment and no benefit to
purchasing at a duty free store.

And now you've trimmed the name of the person you are quoting.

Is it worth buying it in Oz? Where abouts are you travelling, and check
prices there. Could be the go!
