I am currently in the market for a new camera. Nothing too fancy or
too hard to operate. I currently have a Kodak DX6340, which is 3.1
Mega pixals and 4x optical zoom. I know this camera is quite adequate
for taking normal photos but I require something with a few more
pixals (I quite often edit photos in PhotoShop), and the capabilities
of taking Macro shots(to take pics of my Fish, nemo).

I have narrowed it down to two (2) cameras

    OLYMPUS CAMEDIA C-70
    NIKON COOLPIX 7900

I would like your views on these two and any others that I should take
    a look at.

Not sure about your two choices, however, look into the SONY DSC-S85
eBay turns them at around $300.00
4.1Mp, great macro, great menu controls

    Check it out.
