Matrox RT.X2 - what are the main competiting products for this hardware solution

    I should have added this to the previous post, but what are the
    primary competitors for this product. I am looking for something more
    than a software solution.

    I work primarily in SD now and will be moving to HDV but unlikely I
    will get to the full HD level

    Here is a site with a wealth of information. http://videoguys.com/
    I have bought from them for years (back to the Pinnacle DV500 days).
    They sell a majority of soft/hardware to meet just about anyone's needs.
    Cruise their site, email them your questions. And, there is that 30 day
    return policy.
    No, I don't work for them. Never have. Just a very satisfied customer.
