Does anyone out there have one of these cameras. The basic pics are
very good quality & movie mode is also good although the voice is a bit
crackly. My problem is - There are references to L/R buttons
(left/right) & OK buttons, but, nowhere in the 30 page instructions can
I find out where these buttons are. I have emailed the manufacturer &
the sent me back a copy of one of the pages (duhh) No help at all. I
have mailed back but not got an answer. Should I get any results I will
    post them on this site.

The "buttons" they refer to may be like one on my SONY F828 camera.

The button has a small protrusion surrounded by a slightly raised circle.

One action is to press "in" towards the camera the other actions are to
press the button left or right or up and down to make certain selections.

Throughout the manual it is referred to as "the multi-selector" button.

If you have seen a computer joystick they often have a "hat" switch on top
of the stick itself. It is something like this.

    Could that be the answer?

Hi Ross. Pretty much as you described. I emailed the manufacturer & got
a reply within a few hours. (a major win) They sent me a detailed pic.
of the controls. I attempted to put it on this site but the site would
not allow pics. If anyone would like a copy please email me:-
& give me your email address & I will forward
it to you. The control is refered to as "5 way button". Thanks for your
