I recently had to switch to another computer for editing when my
desktop stopped working. Long story short, I dragged the adobe
photoshop filter folders into adobe premiere program files and copied
and pasted the plugin.dll from photoshop to the premiere folder.

This is what I thought I had done before on my desktop but now when I
try to pull the effects to the timeline they dont stick.

what did i do wrong? I know I have done it before. The last time I had
problems too but I thought it was because i forgot to paste the .dll
    file.

I have searched for answers but havent found anything that worked. Any
    one with some insight?

For a more detailed description of what happened check out my blog

    Thanks
