I have an Epson 960 photo printer and I need an idea on how to make the
ink dry quicker. The large quantities of black ink seem to take days.
The Photos will sometimes stick to the glass in the frames. I haven't
    tried a hair dryer yet.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

In my experience the paper is the problem. I was just given some
Agfaproof paper. The black ink seems to float on the surface while
other inks are partially absorbed and dry quickly.

I have needed to hang the printed sheets on a line for days!

Other brands of paper have not been a problem.

Let me guess. You're using glossy paper, maybe Kodak? The problem most
likely is that you're using paper that does not allow the ink to penetrate
it. Try different paper. I like Epson Matte Heavyweight for Epson printers.
This paper works great for both color and black & white images and its
cheaper than the glossy Epson paper.

    You're a good guesser :O)

    I'll switch paper!

    Thanks for the responses!
