Need info on HP C7710A Scanner, Please!

  1. Hello All,

A friend gave me a "working" HP scanner, Model # C7710A, It has a document
feeder on top. The problem is that the transformer is lost. The bottom of
the scanner calls for a 24 volt, 1500 ma transformer. If someone has this
model can they tell me the model # on the transformer, or if they have one
for sale. I tried EBay & found nothing, I'm sure I could find something on
the net but I would rather go with the OME if possible.

    Thanks,

    DE

  2. Thanks soooo much, especially for the jameco link.

Might be cheaper to buy the scanner on EBay & use it if the original ever
    fails..lol...

Thanks again, Jameco has made a very clever & useful instruction page.
