    OK,

I took some pictures last night of some fireworks, but some wierd stuff
happened. I do not know how old the film is, but it is well over 1 year
old. It is 400 film, Kodak. All of the pictures have a bit of purple tint
to them. One of the nice photos that came out looks good, but it has a
slight purple hue to it, hardly noticable. However most of the other photos
have a purple strip along the bottom and top of the picture. Its like a
strip of purple hue about .5" wide that fades to good color then fades to
purple at the top also .5" wide. Is this due to old film?
