Nikon D3 essentially noiseless at 1600 ISO?

  2. It's going to be one sweet camera that's for sure! Another way to look at
    it is even if it is a flop and the performance equals that of the Mk III it
    still has the advantage of being able to take advantage of all the functions
    of the Nikkors such as AF and VR. The only loss for Canon shooters is they
    have to use their Nikkors manual focus.

    Some enterprising person should develop a focus confirmation device
    for that so the Canon people don't feel too bad.

  4. LOL! It's been done. All my adapter rings are old school and don't have
    that nonsense. Plus, the old Mk III's viewfinder is so good that it makes
    it so you don't need focus confirmation.
