  1. There is an increase in incidents where photographers are being hassled due
    to world-wide paranoia. I'll offer some guidelines:

    1/ Don't run around without proper identification.
    2/ Don't be combative if questioned.
    3/ Don't photograph children without their parent's permission.
    4/ Be careful about bridges, tunnels, government buildings, power pants,
    reservoirs, etc.
    5/ Use common sense.
